Procedures:

Applicants will receive confirmation of receipt of their applications. If called to interview, they will be contacted individually to arrange a time, date and location.
General Requirements

In general, the Turkish Ministry of Education requires that teachers be qualified in the subject area in which they will teach.
Hence, English language teachers should have a first degree in English language, and additionally a teaching certificate (B. Ed. + PGCE or state certification). However, in certain cases the school can consider those with a first degree in other areas, provided they have further EFL/ESL certification/qualifications, or an MEd, or relevant experience (at the reception, kindergarten level, primary and middle school levels). Ideally, classroom teachers for the early years programme should have appropriate teaching credentials. However, those with relevant experience may also be considered.
